Refund Policy

At Febccanada, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return process so you can shop with confidence.

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and certain intimate or hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return. These exclusions are noted on the relevant product page.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at support@febccanada.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with the next steps and return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We recommend placing a new order for the item you would like and returning the original piece for a refund, as this is often the fastest way to get what you need.
